Yacht charter rules you need to know

  • Respect the captain and crew. The captain is empowered to make decisions on cancellation, return to harbor, safety, and improper behavior on board.
  • Listen to the safety instructions and follow all lawful captain orders.
  • Watch your children.
  • Wear appropriate footwear or go barefoot.
  • Respect local laws.
  • Garbage disposal overboard is strictly forbidden.
  • No smoking.
  • Have your documents on board.
  • Mandatory security deposit of €1500 is charged and refunded to credit card after the end of the charter, latest in 2 working days. Refunds are made only to the same credit card as used for the security deposit.
  • All charters to be paid in full 3 days prior to the agreed charter date.
  • Payment methods available are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and bank transfer.
  • All drinks and extra services shall be paid onboard prior to arrival.
  • Up to 6 people are allowed on board. Please let us know the number of children so that we can take a life jacket for them.
  • The captain has the right to refuse to sail or to continue sailing if passengers are drunk.
  • When going to sea, please be aware of the weather conditions. It is cooler at sea and it is advisable to dress accordingly. The soles of footwear must be clean! Shoes with heels are not allowed.
  • The owner of the boat has the right to recover any damage caused by passengers.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • The shipowner is not responsible for passengers’ personal belongings.
